Have you bought a completely new car? Then with the WA+ full comprehensive car insurance you have a new value scheme for 36 months as standard. With the new value scheme, you will be reimbursed the price of a new car in the event of a total loss or car theft. There are a few rules that apply to this arrangement:

• You are the first owner of the car.
• You have fully insured the car with us.
• The insured amount stated on your policy is a maximum of €75,000, including VAT.
• The damage occurs within 36 months.

After 3 years the replacement value scheme expires and in the event of total loss or theft you will receive the replacement value (ANWB price list + 10%) of the car.

Did you buy your car second-hand and have you taken out a third-party limited comprehensive car insurance policy or a third-party liability full comprehensive car insurance policy with us? Then, if there is a covered event in the event of total loss or theft of the car, you will receive the purchase value back. These rules apply to this scheme:

• The car was not older than 60 months at the start of the insurance.
• The damage occurred within 36 months of the purchase date.
• The original catalog value was a maximum of €75,000, including VAT.
• You purchased the car from a car dealer or car company with Chamber of Commerce registration in the Netherlands.

After 3 years the purchase scheme expires and in the event of total loss or theft you will receive the replacement value (ANWB price list + 10%) of the car.

You can take out the Klaverblad SME Commercial Car Insurance if you, as an entrepreneur, want to properly insure your van. Are you a private individual and do you have a vehicle with a gray license plate? The Tax Authorities have then classified your vehicle as a company van. Our company car insurance is also a good option in that case.

Are you an entrepreneur and do you take out multiple business insurance policies with us? Then you can take out our  insurance package for companies  that includes company car insurance. It is good to know that you can only take out our motor vehicle insurance in combination with at least insurance for Buildings / Tenant's Interest, Business, Business Damage, Transport of your own property, Liability or Legal Assistance.

It is good to know that with us you can choose from three different types of company car insurance:

Do you have a van? Then third party commercial vehicle insurance is mandatory. WA stands for Legal Liability. This commercial vehicle insurance reimburses damage you cause to others with your van. Do you want to insure more? Then take a look at our car insurance policies WA+ limited comprehensive or WA+ full comprehensive (all-risk). These car insurance policies are more extensive.

Please note: we also have legal expenses insurance for companies. If you complete the Commercial Motor Vehicles module, you are assured of legal assistance if you damage your commercial vehicle.
