Een WA-Insurance staat voor wettelijke aansprakelijkheidsverzekering. Deze Insurance vergoedt de schade die jij met je motorrijtuig bij een ander veroorzaakt. Als je in het bezit bent van een motorrijtuig met kenteken is het verplicht om een WA-Insurance af te sluiten.
