Your Holiday Home in Germany Well Insured
Germany is one of the most popular destinations for Dutch car owners second home. The easy accessibility and beautiful nature make areas like the Eifel, Sauerland and Black Forest ideal for a holiday home.
Although in Germany you have a Housing renovation (building insurance), offers a Dutch holiday home insurance key benefits: better All-risk coverage, Dutch service without language barrier and simple claims handling.
In Germany, home insurance is automatically transferred to the new owner upon sale. You then have 4 weeks to switch to another insurer. With a Dutch policy you avoid German policy conditions and language barriers.
