Your Van Well Insured
A van insurance is legally required according to the Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance Act (WAM). Whether you have a Self-employed, SME entrepreneur or private - your van must be at least third party insured.
Vans with a Gray license plate (starting with B or V) are often used for business purposes by entrepreneurs. This offers tax benefits such as BPM exemption and VAT settlement. Private use is also possible with the right insurance.
The premium for van insurance is on average between: €30 and €100 per month, depending on coverage, use and claim-free years. Comparing pays off – the differences between insurers are big!
